<p> 整顿“四风”，不能只是走形式、凑热闹、搞一阵风，而是要打一场攻坚战、持久战、歼灭战。要充分利用信息化管理手段，采取“动态跟踪、突击检查、暗访督查、信息共享、部门联动、受理信访举报”等举措，整治“四风”问题。首先，要防止“上有政策、下有对策”，即要防止中央政策在执行过程中，总是会遭遇变形的现象。因为变形了的政策，于国于民就皆无益处，唯一有利的大概就只有导致政策变形的那些人。防止别有用心者“上有政策、下游对策”，就要加强对政策执行情况的监督力度，即要紧紧依靠最广大的人民群众。对监督检查中发现的问题要开展作风专项整治活动，对违反政治纪律、组织纪律、群众纪律、工作纪律、生活纪律以及违反其他廉洁自律等有关“四风”的行为形成高压之势，露头就打，绝不手软。 “四风”整治，要建立长效机制贵在持之以恒。自中央出台“八项规定”、“六条禁令”以来，扼腕的决心让不少苍蝇和老虎惧怕。我们一定要坚持不懈、持之以恒地开展整顿工作，才能防止“四风”反弹，让有机可乘的人望而生畏。（文/弘于）</p>
