<p> 闲来无事，夜读冰心女士的《山中杂记》，被一种叫做“知更鸟”的鸟儿所吸引。查阅百度，发现“知更鸟”的标准名称是欧亚鸲,又叫鸫（红襟鸟），与圣诞节关系密切，在圣诞卡和圣诞纪念邮票上常可见到它的踪影。谚语“早起的鸟儿有虫吃”亦出自它，可以说“知更鸟”是安守本分、勤奋的象征。</p>
<p> 这让我想到了我们的基层干部，他们不正像一只只“知更鸟”，“干一行，爱一行”，在本职岗位上奋力前行，敢于担当，用自己的“一言一行”，为基层工作夯实“一砖一瓦”。习近平总书记曾指出，“为民服务不能是一阵风，不能搞形式主义。”基层干部要始终怀着对群众的深厚感情，带着亲情，去了解民意、解决民生、维护民利、落实民权，切实做到“围着群众转，带着群众干，解决群众盼”。像一只“知更鸟”，用勤奋和付出来换取工作实效，始终有“独上高楼望尽天涯路”那样为远大目标奋进的精神；有“衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴”那样磨练过硬本领的干劲；有“众里寻他千百度，暮然回首，那人正在灯火阑珊处”那样心旷神怡的心态，用自己的踏实作风，为基层工作奋斗一生，奉献一生。</p>
<p> 常言道，“意莫高于爱民，行莫高于乐民。”作为一名基层干部，理应立足人民群众的认可，尽心尽力履行好党和人民赋予的职责，时刻把群众的疾苦冷暖放在心上，时时触摸群众的情感。常怀公仆之心、恪守为民之责、善谋富民之策、多办利民之事，以“干”字为重、“实”字为要，做一只服务群众的“知更鸟”，主动扑下身子，迈开步子，撸起袖子干事创业。</p>
