<p> “块块荒田水和泥，深翻细作走东西。老牛亦解韶光贵，不待扬鞭自奋蹄。”臧克家这首著名的诗形象而又深刻地道明了老黄牛精神的内涵。在中国人的心里，老黄牛是勤勤恳恳、埋头苦干“实干家”的化身，是忠于职守、任劳任怨的“劳动者”的典型，是耿直倔强，顽强拼搏的“开拓者”的旗帜。</p>
<p> 然而，在当今社会浮躁喧嚣的环境下，不少“90后”“00后”，认为“老黄牛精神”早已过了时，甚至成为他们“个性发展”的对立面。由此，得出结论：“老黄牛精神”在当今社会已经不合时宜，不宜提倡了。笔者认为，此言差矣!实现中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”，需要我们每一名党员干部以新时代的“老黄牛精神”耕耘，它应作为一种时代正能量，代代相传。</p>
<p> 我们都知道，鲁迅有一首诗叫《自嘲》，里面有一句脍炙人口的句子：“横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛”。邓小平同志也曾经说过：“世界上的事情都是干出来的，不干，半点马克思主义也没有”。埋头苦干历来是我们党的优良作风，我们共产党人就应该学习“牛”的品格，发扬“牛”的精神，像“牛”一样一步一个脚印地工作，真正使“老黄牛”精神体现在权为民所用、情为民所系、利为民所谋的具体行动之中，以扎扎实实的工作、坚持不懈的努力，干事创业。</p>
<p> 夜里又读了一篇散文，名字叫《怀念耕牛》，文中写道:“它日出而作，日落而息；卸下了犁，又套上了耙。犁浅了犁歪了，耙快了耙慢了，都会遭来厉声的吆喝或鞭打。耕牛往往是生活极端贫苦的人们发泄怨恨的对象，和摆脱贫困煎熬的寄托。耕牛还承载着环境和历史赋予它的某种重任——用自己坚实的身躯去缓冲那些病变的心态。于是耕牛的脊背常常闪烁着木鞍勒出或鞭子抽出的一道道光秃、深广的印记。”笔者想，文中的“耕牛”，大概就是“老黄牛”吧！一个人若能做到如此这般，肯定会受到人们的尊敬和爱戴。</p>
<p> 民心呼唤“老黄牛”，党心呼唤“老黄牛”，社会呼唤“老黄牛”。最后，笔者想说：作为新时代的党员干部，学习、发扬“老黄牛”精神，显得更加重要，因为这本身就是我们工作的着力点和支撑点，只有自身具备“不用扬鞭自奋蹄”的老黄牛精神，保持一股工作干劲、一腔工作激情、一番拼命精神、一种必胜信念，才能彰显党员干部的本色。“哪有什么岁月静好，只不过有人替你在负重前行”，让我们为廖俊波、钟扬、杨汉军“老黄牛”式党员干部们点赞，向他们学习，把发扬“老黄牛精神”当成一种追求。</p>
