<p> 一则“神翻译”的新闻最近在微博上传播甚广。南沙新区在香港举办推介会，有热心人士发现，现场媒体签到处的英文被神翻译成“The media sign everywhere”，网友评论“不是媒体签到处，而是媒体到处签”。而嘉宾签到处也被神翻译为“Guests sign everywhere”。</p>
<p> 作为广州“一号工程”的南沙新区被赋予诸多的国际化色彩。按照规划，南沙新区将强化开放门户功能，携手港澳台深化国际经贸合作。南沙新区正在以新加坡、香港等国家和地区为标杆，致力打造与国际接轨的法治化、国际化营商环境。而此次推介会上英文标识牌的错漏，恰恰看出了南沙新区与新加坡、香港等国家和地区在国际化水平上的差距。</p>
<p> 英汉混搭的雷人翻译已经不是新鲜事，前不久，成都双流机场的机场大巴300路现雷人“中式英语”翻译，“候机楼”被译成“hou machine building”，更是引发众多网友的吐槽。但是对于南沙这样一个有志于在国际化水平有所作为的国家级新区而言，推介会上的英文标识错漏在一定程度上折射出其在国际化的道路上尚有可以进步的空间。这样的错漏可能在不少人眼里只是微不足道的小问题，但是可能在有的投资者看来，便是缺乏严谨工作作风、办事马虎的一种表现。细节之中蕴涵的，往往就是决定成败的玄机。南沙新区乃至广州要引进跨国企业、招揽全球高端人才，要打造国际化的营商环境，首先要全面准确地展示南沙对外的国际化程度和国际竞争软实力，要在各个方面提供与国际化发展相适应的软环境。这一切需要从细节上开始入手，朝着国际化的目标努力。</p>
<p> 细节是城市竞争力的一面镜子。一场暴雨检验出城市的脆弱一面，一个井盖折射着一座城市的综合管理水平，一条反复开挖的拉链路反映出城市公共服务、公共管理的缺陷和不足……现代城市就像一台齿轮咬合紧密的庞大机械，打造城市的竞争力是一项系统工程，涉及方方面面，内容繁杂，需要我们改变过去粗放的发展模式和管理方式，着眼于细节。</p>
<p> 城市的发展不仅要放眼全球、重视战略和宏观层面，还需要俯下身子、感知细节，针对事物包含的各个环节和可能遇到的各种问题进行深入分析、周密部署，制订详细的行动方案与应对措施。如果我们只是站在高岗上指点江山，却在细节问题上大而化之、马虎了事，很可能使得战略蓝图流于空谈，甚至可能由于百密一疏而造成全局被动甚至失败，“千里之堤、溃于蚁穴”的案例并不少见。</p>
<p> 最近，关于广州和天津“第三城之争”再次火爆起来，广州如何不被超越的话题引起专家学者和网友的热烈讨论。在发展的新阶段，在目前日益激烈的城市竞争中，城市竞争力的体现越来越表现在细节上，谁的城市管理更精细化，谁表现出来的执行力更高效，谁能够提供的服务更细致，谁就会在这场区域发展的短兵相接中赢得先机。</p>
<p> 天下大事必作于细。迈向国际化大都会的道路上，广州在微小的细节上可以做得多好，可能将决定城市的未来发展能够走得多远。</p>
